BLONDE JET gave our dog a run for his money on Thursday, leaving Ibetx Dot Com third by a short head, and Blakes World settling for second.

With unusual form, our dog baulked alongside 5th Micks Lee and 6th Directors Star, leaving 4th Perrys Tango to attempt to convert his early pace, only to be crowded by the others at the first.

Ibetx Dot Com Trainer Tony Lucas will be taking little solace from the fact that it was Blonde Jet who took the 2nd place at the Scurry Cup on 19th June, again showing his fondness for early pace against our dog.

Blonde Jet still poses a threat to our dog, so we hope his recent bad luck will soon come to end, as there are scores to settle.
